Pickleball is an easy to learn, low-impact sport that can be enjoyed by all ages and skill levels.
Played with a paddle, pickleball is like table tennis, but you're playing "on the table!" Combining elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong, players use their paddles to hit a hard, plastic ball with holes over the net.
The rules are simple, which makes it a great introductory sport for all ages, fitness levels and skill levels.
